See You in My Studio in an Hour!
A quick reminder that I’m opening the doors of my studio to the world via a Zoom video call. See it like you’ve never seen it before!
In this time of unprecedented anxiety and separation it’s vital to offer some worldwide togetherness and help. While I’m on lockdown and healthy, I’m opening up my studio via Zoom on Friday, March 20 at 5pm EDT. There will be time for some tech/design Q&A and a bit of camaraderie. I’ll also take requests for brief demos on demand that I’ll do live at my workbench.
Makers and non-makers welcome!
When: March 20 from 5:00-6:30pm EDT
If you’ve never used Zoom, it will ask to use/install their app when you click on the link to join. You can download it however you download other apps (App Store, Google Play, etc.) Just click yes or ok or allow to their series of pop-up boxes, and you’ll end up in the virtual meeting room. I promise it is totally safe. Many other professionals and I have reliably used this free platform.
What to bring: Your fabulous self!
Any device with an internet connection that supports video. Macs/PC, iPad, tablet, iPhone, Android, etc.
Optional: Favorite portable artwork you own or have made
The calming beverage of your choice
Party hat
My Zoom account allows up to 100 people, so this is first come, first served.
If you can’t make it, the meeting will be recorded and uploaded to my site so you can watch it later. If all goes well, and there is demand, I might do more.
