See Femina in All Her Dimensional Glory!

A year in the making, and my experimental perfume bottle Femina is finished!

I so love objects that can only have been made a certain way, and this piece definitely falls into that category. Begun as two halves that were hydraulic die formed, I created all detail by hand via Eastern repoussé. As with everything I make, I pushed the boundaries, quite literally, of what non-ferrous metals can do. To highlight the detailed relief, I added 24 karat gold foil via the technique keum boo.
