Chaos here continues to be…well…chaotic. We’re in the “punch list” phase of house renovation, which means there’s a list that grows more than it shrinks of smaller tasks that need completing. Since the project manager frequently needs my input on these tasks, and he’s working on said tasks between other projects he manages, it’s like guerrilla renovation. The questions come in the midst of my frantically working to meet other deadlines and require me to be suddenly linear about all kinds of random bits, such as where the folding shower door attaches to the bathroom wall or why our tankless hot water heater flashes error codes.
The joke around here is that we now have everything but the kitchen sink. Literally! The replacement countertop for the surround that was the cut wrong is on a container ship on the Pacific. At least we have a dishwasher again!
Stressed??? Moi???
Moving on, here’s what’s on my bench right now. These are components to the Eccentricity Compass brooch that I’ve been working on for ages. It’s a different take on my spinning and rotating pieces, but, like its creator, things move eccentrically.
