Beatrix, the Chasing Fairy-Mouse

Tap, tap, tap went Beatrix’s chasing hammer on her Eastern Repousse Line Tool as it glided around the recessed curves she had designed. Beatrix realized that chasing the fine details on the relief of repoussé metal was even more fun that watching the cat chase its tail and far safer than risking the cat chasing her.

This signed, archival, 8” x 10” artist print is hand embellished to highlight the original gold gilding and meticulously painted layers of metallics.
