Current Creative Online Resources That May Help During Isolation
Thanks to everyone who visited my open studio via Zoom video! It was so great to see all of you!!!
Please check back to the blog in the next few days to see the recording. Using 3 cameras means I need to piece everything together.
As promised, here are some soon and current resources that I love.
Sketchbook Revival by Karen Abend
A totally free, mixed media, intensive, of mini-workshops that starts March 23.
I participated last year, and loved it. It’s not jewelry or metals focused,
but I found it to be hugely helpful as a focusing tool for creative practices. It’s also based on whatever materials you happen to have around, which makes it super accessible.

Jessica Abel’s Creative Focus Masterclass
https://creativefocusworkshop.com
I highly highly recommend her book Growing Gills for dealing with focus, overwhelm, and time management for creatives. If you’ve got a project you’re itching to start but never do or a big idea you can’t make time for, this is for you!
Seth Godin’s Akimbo Workshops is hosting a free, 24 hours, virtual co-working space
Great for leaving on in the background when you’re tired of working in isolation or if you need a water cooler moment.
