This Eastern repousse ring was hammered free hand from a single sheet of 18 karat gold. This process allows me to create the unique relief, ridges, and spirals that are characteristic of my particular style of Eastern repousse. In repousse there are no molds of any kind. The metal is hit alternately from the front and back according to the design.
